This wasn’t like a bog standard course that’s the same all over it was more of a fast hands on learning curve john was extremely knowledgeable but also patient no matter how many questions I asked he had time to answer but also go on further with demonstrations outside the classroom I’ve never been on a course like this were I’ve taken so much away in such a short space if time also john offered follow on learning after id left which was a bit of a surprise as this just doesn’t happen in training centres I’ve ever been to really is a credit to ops.
