Booking Terms & Conditions

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are regarded as confirmed only upon receipt of a full payment or a company purchase order. Credit account customer invoices are payable on 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Entry requirements:

Delegates will not be accepted onto a course unless they can meet the entry requirements for that course. Delegates will be required to sign to confirm that they meet the pre- entry requirements including a statement of medical fitness prior to the start of the course. If a delegate is unable to meet the pre-requisites, they may not be able to continue with training and a refund will not be available.

When booking GWO refresher courses, it is imperative that the validity of tickets extends to the course completion date. Failure to meet this requirement will result in refunds being issued exclusively in the form of course credits, as stipulated within our Terms and Conditions. If GWO tickets have expired participants must undergo the entire expired module anew.

Late arrival:

Courses require delegates to be present for 100% of course content and as such delegates may be refused entry onto the course with no refund given where late arrival is greater than 30 minutes.

Provisional held requests:

We may provisionally hold a place for an agreed period of time, payment (deposit or full payment or purchase order will be required by the agreed date). A provisionally held place is not a booking and after the agreed date for purchase order or payment, may be offered to other Delegates/ companies.
