iCATS Industrial Painting

 

ICATS is the Industrial Coatings Training Scheme, developed due to demands by industry to have formal accredited training for ‘Applicators of Coatings’ in the UK. 

ICATS qualifications are also a requirement for many operators within the Renewable Energy sector as well as National Rail and the Oil and Gas industries. The scheme is mandated by The Highways Agency in NHSS19A and Network Rail for all applicators.

5 Day course and must be completed prior to attempting any other module

Train the Painter Industrial Painting

 

SSPC Train the painter is an internationally recognised and certified training programme. Developed by industry experts SSPC Train the painter coatings applicator course has been created in response to strong demand within the industrial coatings industry. Industry demands teams working on road, rail, oil and gas programmes all attain professional specified certificates. The SSPC Train the painter programme is approved and certified by SSPC and Lloyd’s Register.

SSPC Trainthepainter meets the requirements of NACE/ SSPC standard (SSPC-ACS-1/NACE No.13).  Internationally accredited training by SSPC recognised worldwide and meets the requirement for NORSOK M501 trained applicators offshore.
